All products are processed and shipped as made-to-order items. While many products may already be in stock and ready to ship, processing and fulfillment times can vary depending on inventory levels, order volume, and supplier availability.

Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery, although most orders may arrive sooner.

Once an order has been placed, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly before completing their purchase.
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for replacement or refund due to theft or loss after delivery.
• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
