All Sales Are Final


Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of all Velocity Vision products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


By completing a purchase on velocityvisionofficial.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns


Every Velocity Vision drop is produced in strictly limited quantities and is not restocked. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges — each unit is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be resold once it leaves our hands.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item entirely, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the Support page on our website with your order number and photos. This is the only exception under which a replacement or resolution may be offered, at our sole discretion.


Order Cancellations


Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your cart carefully — including size, quantity, and shipping address — before completing checkout.


Sizing


We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide before purchasing. Incorrect size selection is not grounds for a return or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages


Velocity Vision is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly.
